MARATHON F1

X X Marathon F1 is included in many broccoli programmes,
due to its adaptability and reliability to produce quality
heads.

X X Marathon F1 is a versatile variety which can be
harvested over a long season, including over-winter
sowings.

X X Maturity time is 70-80 days. Optimum quality from
September sowings for June harvest and May sowings
for September - October harvest.

PHAROS F1

X X This variety can be used for full season production.
X X Pharos F1 shows good tolerance to blindness from sowings in
September and early spring.
X X Pharos F1 matures from September sowings in 85-90 days and from
spring sowings in 75-80 days and is intended for harvesting without
stem for fresh or frozen floret markets, or whole head overwrapping and
fresh markets which request minimum stem length.
X X The very deep dome, fine beads and tight floret formation means neither
overall yield or shelf life are negatively affected when Pharos F1 is
harvested with little or no stem.

NAXOS F1

X X Recommended for late July, August and September harvesting, it has a cycle time of
75-85 days.
X X Naxos F1 has tall, dark healthy upright foliage.
X X Heat tolerance is the standout feature of Naxos F1 compared to all other varieties.
X X The head is well domed, firm with very fine bead with an attractive dark green colour.
X X The head weight is between 400-500g. The stem is medium green, medium diameter
and smooth.
X X Naxos F1 is a versatile variety for crown, fresh floret and frozen floret markets.
X X Not recommended for September sowings.
