What is the role of the YPn network?
The network’s primary role is to make it easier
to network and share advice between colleagues,
helping each other learn about the Group, understand
how it operates and successfully integrate. It is

management set us an assignment: to foster strategic
thinking for the Executive Committee, Newcorp
and BUs. This resulted in the Creative Lab.

someone to take up the torch. We hold regular
after-work events but nothing is set in stone.
